1) Select product rated for cracked concrete if slab may be cracked; check temperature cure times on TDS (e.g., Hilti HIT‑RE gel/time charts). 2) Drill hole to specified diameter/depth, + extra depth for dust. 3) Clean the hole: blow twice, brush twice with correct brush, blow twice (start at hole bottom). 4) Attach mixing nozzle and inject adhesive from the back of the hole, filling 2/3–3/4 full; use piston plugs for horizontal/overhead. 5) Insert threaded rod or anchor slowly while twisting to expel air; keep rod aligned. 6) Wait full cure per temperature chart before applying load. 7) Torque to specified value when cured. Adhesive anchors give highest capacities and perform well in cracked concrete when installed per instructions.
